Adam is an Associate in the Construction/Surety section of Coats Rose. Prior to entering law school, Adam worked as a Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager at Wylie Consulting Engineers and then after obtaining his law degree, as General Counsel. Adam is also a licensed Professional Engineer and a LEED Certified Professional.
During Adam’s attendance at South Texas College of Law, he participated in the Corporate Counsel Review as Articles Editor in 2006 and Managing Editor in 2007.
Adam’s work is concentrated primarily in construction-related legal matters involving transactions and litigation. He represents design professionals, owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in a variety of construction transactions and disputes.
