David began his career in law with a firm in San Diego that focused on construction and surety law. Following his move to Dallas, he continues this concentration with a particular emphasis on miscellaneous bond claims, subrogation, and indemnification. David handles surety matters throughout the State of Texas.
David is a frequent instructor for the local chapter of the Associated General Contractors and Associated Builders & Contractors on the subjects of mechanic’s liens and contract bond claims. He co-authored The Surety Obligations and Defenses Under Probate Bonds, which was presented at the Surety Claims Institute Seminar. He is also authored the Texas section in the Fifty State Probate Bond Manual.
