Pamela M. Madere

Director


Pamela Madere is a Director with Coats Rose in the firm’s Land Use & Real Estate section. She represents clients before state and local governments and a significant portion of her practice in this area involves representing owners and developers of real property dealing with land use and governmental affairs issues.

Pamela is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Texas Law School where she teaches a course on negotiations.  She serves as President of the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, Chair Elect of the Real Estate Council of Austin, and President Elect of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel.

Pamela champions the interests of owners and developers of real property before city, county, and state authorities. She focuses on developing strategies for clients dealing with real estate contracts, zoning, subdivisions, site plans, development permits, development agreements, easements, condemnation, Municipal Utility Districts, environmental matters, water and wastewater regulations, and traffic issues. She has successfully tried, as both first and second chair, more than 30 lawsuits and is Board Certified in Personal Injury Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
