Rick has more than 50 years of experience in the development of master-planned residential communities and, among other projects, has been involved with the Silverlake, Sienna Plantation, First Colony, Fall Creek, Cross Creek Ranch, Riverstone, Woodforest, Granger Pines, Magnolia Springs, and Bluesteam projects, in the Houston area. He also has extensive experience in the representation of commercial real estate developers in connection with land acquisitions, sales, leases, construction and financings.
