Practice Emphasis

Bill’s practice focuses primarily on commercial and construction litigation, involving contract interpretation, design defects, negligence and insurance claims, real estate transactions and bond claims. He maintains an expansively lauded alternative dispute resolution practice, in which he has served as an arbitrator and mediator in all areas of commercial disputes, including as chair of arbitration panels for construction cases involving tens of millions of dollars in aggregate claims.
