Byron is a Director in the Litigation section of Coats Rose, with thirty years of experience in handling lawsuits. He has been the first chair attorney in more than 50 jury trials and handled more than 18 appeals.
Byron has tried lawsuits involving fraud, negligence, breach of contract, insurance recovery, contract disputes, construction defects, personal injury, trade secrets, injunctions, environmental claims, administrative law claims, defamation, products liability, breach of fiduciary duty, Texas Deceptive Trade Practices claims and professional malpractice claims.
Byron handles litigation in both state and federal courts. He also handles arbitrations and is a trained mediator.
