Clay is Of Counsel in the Construction/Surety and Litigation sections of Coats Rose. During law school, he served as a law clerk for the 361st District Court in Bryan, Texas.
Clay received the Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law and participated in the Mock Trial, advanced competition and Moot Court, first year and advanced competitions while at Texas Tech University School of Law.
Clay’s work is concentrated primarily in the areas of construction/surety and litigation.
