Coats Rose, P.C., a business transaction and litigation law firm headquartered in Houston, announces that E. Paul Keiffer has been awarded the status of Serjeant of the Inn of The Hon. John C. Ford American Inn of Court (a bankruptcy specialty Inn and member of the national Bankruptcy Inn Alliance). Mr. Keiffer was appointed at the joint meeting of all seven DFW Metro area Inns of Court which was held at the Dallas Bar’s Belo Center on Tuesday, January 10th.
Mr. Keiffer is a Director in the Dallas office, where he practices primarily in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and is involved in representation of individual and corporate entities in bankruptcy reorganization proceedings and bankruptcy litigation. He has more than 30 years’ experience in all phases of bankruptcy law. He is a former President of the Dallas Bar Association Bankruptcy Section and Chair of the Small Business Subcommittee of the ABA Bankruptcy Committee of the Business Law Section. Mr. Keiffer is also a fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
