Julie is an Associate in the Construction/Surety and Litigation sections of Coats Rose. While in law school, she served as an Articles Editor on the 2009-2010 Editorial Board for the South Texas Law Review. Julie also served in the United States Air Force (1996-2000), and completed her military tenure as a Supply Management Journeyman working for the 96th Bomb Squadron, Barksdale AFB in Louisiana.
Julie’s practice focuses primarily on construction/surety and litigation.
