Kim is Of Counsel in the Litigation section at Coats Rose. She enjoys trying cases and counseling clients to help them achieve the best possible results. Kim graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 1993, Phi Beta Kappa, receiving a B.A. with honors and special honors in English. Kim joined Coats Rose in 1996, fresh out of The University of Texas School of Law.
Kim has a varied litigation practice, with an emphasis on the areas of construction litigation and commercial litigation. Kim also handles appeals in both in the state and federal courts. Kim has tried cases involving construction matters, commercial matters, insurance coverage, products liability, and personal injury.
