Pamela Madere is a Director with Coats Rose in the firm's Real Estate, Land Use, Government Affairs & Banking Law section. She represents clients before state and local governments and a significant portion of her practice in this area involves representing owners and developers of real property dealing with land use and governmental affairs issues.
Pamela has successfully tried, as both first and second chair, more than 30 lawsuits and is Board Certified in Personal Injury Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She was appointed to serve on the State Bar of Texas Pattern Jury Charge Committee, General Negligence and Motor Vehicles from 1999-2001.
For over a decade, Pamela has been helping business clients overcome obstacles both in and out of the courtroom. As a Land Use & Government Affairs attorney, she champions the interests of owners and developers of real property before city, county, and state authorities. Pamela focuses on developing strategies for clients dealing with zoning, subdivisions, site plans, development permits, condemnation, environmental matters, water and wastewater regulations, and traffic issues.
She gained her client advocacy skills in the courtroom as a litigator handling business disputes involving product liability defense, insurance defense, motor carrier vehicle defense, and the defense of manufacturers in lawsuits filed under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
