Judge Robert G. Evans of the Mississippi Circuit Court for Smith County has granted a defense motion for a judgment notwithstanding the verdict of $2 million, stating that the testimony of Plaintiffs’ expert, Barry Levy, M.D., did not satisfy admissibility standards. Watts, et al. v. Radiator Specialty Co., et al., No. 2002-364 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Smith Cty.). James M. Riley, Jr., Stacy Yates and Tom Aubry of Coats|Rose represented Radiator Specialty Company, one of the two Defendants who filed motions for judgment notwith-standing the verdict.
