New York, NY (December 5-6, 2006) - James M. Riley, a Director of Coats Rose, was one of the presenters at the 2006 Mealey's Benzene Litigation Seminar held at the New York Ritz-Carlton, Battery Park on December 5-6, 2006.    This is considered the premier benzene conference.

Before a mock jury panel of 14 New York citizens, and a group of approximately 200 lawyers from all spectrums of the law, Mr. Riley performed a voir dire as defense counsel for a chemical manufacturer and Thomas V. Girardi, of Keese & Gerardi, played the role of plaintiff's counsel.
