Bill is a Director, a member of the Executive Committee and the head of the Construction/Surety section of Coats Rose.  He brings over twenty-five years of experience to bear for his clients, in all aspects of construction law.  He has been rated AV by Martindale Hubbell, "Leading Individual" and "Leading Firm" by Chambers USA, and named a Construction "Texas Super Lawyer".

He has served as Past Chairman of the State Bar of Texas Construction Law Section, and as Initial Chairman of the Houston Bar Association Construction Law Section.  Bill has also served on the American Bar Association Forum Committee on the Construction Industry, the American Bar Association Tort and Insurance Practice Section, the Faculty of the University of Texas/State Bar of Texas Annual Construction Law Conference and as Chapter Counsel, Houston Chapter/Associated General Contractors.
