Kim is a member of the Litigation section at Coats Rose. She has gained extensive courtroom experience in her ten years of practice and brings that experience to bear for each of her clients. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 1993, Phi Beta Kappa, receiving a B.A. with honors and special honors in English. Kim joined Coats Rose upon graduating from The University of Texas School of Law in 1996.
Kim has a varied litigation practice, with an emphasis on the areas of construction litigation and commercial litigation. Kim also practices appellate law, both in the state and federal courts. Kim has tried cases involving construction matters, commercial matters, insurance coverage and personal injury defense.
