Julianne is a Director in the Public Finance and Real Estate sections of Coats Rose, and brings twelve years of solid experience to her practice.  She represents municipal utility districts, public improvement districts and tax increment investment zones located throughout Texas and Louisiana.  Julianne was born in New Braunfels, Texas, and joined Coats Rose in 1997 after working at Phillips Petroleum Company.
