Ruben is an Associate with the Construction/Surety and Litigation sections of Coats Rose. He attended Texas A&M University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 2001. While attending South Texas College of Law, Ruben was member of Phi Delta Phi and worked as a law clerk for the Firm.  He also served as a judicial intern with the Thirteenth Court of Appeals in 2003 and 2004.

Practice Emphasis
Ruben’s work is concentrated primarily in construction litigation with the representation of owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and sureties in various construction disputes.  Ruben also has experience handling matters involving commercial law issues.
