Michael R. Willis is an Associate in the Public Finance and Real Estate sections of Coats Rose. He attended the University of Houston, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2002. During his attendance at South Texas College of Law, Michael was a member of the South Texas Law Review, and served as a judicial intern for the Fourteenth Court of Appeals in 2004.
Michael’s work is focused principally in the real estate and public finance areas, and entails the formation and administration of special purpose districts located all over Texas. The representation of real estate developers engages the greater part of his practice, which encompasses the development of both commercial and residential.
