Bob is an Associate in the Construction/Surety section of Coats Rose.  In addition to his solid legal experience, he also brings several years of construction management experience in commercial, heavy highway, and industrial process construction for companies such as H. B. Zachry, W. S. Bellows and Austin Commercial.  While completing his law degree at Texas Tech University School of Law, Bob was Chairman of Mock Trial and recipient of the Texas Tech Board of Barrister’s Scholarship.  He received recognition as a Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2006.

Practice Emphasis
Bob’s law practice includes general litigation, commercial litigation, mediation, arbitration, and transactional matters, including representation of general contractors, subcontractors, owners, and suppliers in contract negotiations, contract disputes, construction defect lawsuits, insurance coverage matters, personal injury cases, toxic tort matters and supervision of out of state litigation as outside general counsel.
