Timothy is an Associate in the Litigation section of Coats Rose. Prior to joining Coats Rose, he worked for a litigation boutique firm, located in downtown Houston.
While completing his law degree, Timothy served as a judicial intern for Justice Chet D. Traylor of the Louisiana Supreme Court. He was also the Director of the National Mock Trial Team while earning his law degree from Emory University School of Law, where he received the Top Barrister Award and was admitted to the Order of Barristers.
Timothy’s practice focuses on complex litigation at both the state and federal levels. He has represented individuals and corporations in matters involving various commercial disputes, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, construction defects, and maritime law.
