HOUSTON – June 21, 2018 – Coats Rose, P.C. announces the addition of two attorneys to the firm’s Dallas and New Orleans offices. Joshua A. Bethke joins the Public Finance practice in the Dallas office, and Bryanna C. Frazier joins the Affordable Housing and Community Development practice in the New Orleans office.
Frazier is an associate in the Affordable Housing and Community Development, Real Estate and Tax sections in the New Orleans office. Frazier possesses a broad knowledge of the real estate industry and enjoys collaborating with clients to avoid and resolve challenges that conflict with their business objectives. She has also worked with corporate clients in general business matters. Frazier graduated from Tulane University Law School earning a Juris Doctor and an International & Comparative Law Certificate where she served as the Senior Business Editor for the Tulane Journal of International & Comparative Law.
Bethke is an associate in the Public Finance section in the Dallas office. His practice is focused on the creation and administration of special purpose districts throughout Texas, particularly in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Bethke’s practice involves representing clients before various governmental entities, including: Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, cities, counties, and various regional service providers.
