HOUSTON – September 12, 2018 – Coats Rose Attorney, Timothy Green represented the developer in the sale of $4.81 million Special Assessment Revenue Bonds, Series 2018 (Williamsburg Public Improvement District No. 1, Phase 1B-2 and 1B-3) issued by the City of Fate, Texas. Proceeds from the sale reimbursed the developer for water, sanitary sewer, drainage and road facilities serving a single family residential development located in Kaufman County, Texas.
