HOUSTON – January 4, 2022 – Coats Rose attorney Ben Aderholt will serve as an adjunct Professor of Law at the South Texas College of Law Houston for the Spring 2022 semester. This will be the ninth year consecutive year that he has taught a construction law course at the South Texas College of Law Houston.
Aderholt has over 40 years of experience in commercial transactions and litigation in the construction industry and bankruptcy. He was elected to and served as the Director State Bar of Texas (1992-95), and the State Bar of Texas Governing Council, Construction Section (2002-2005). He is also a Past-President of the Houston Bar Association. Aderholt currently serves on the Texas Bar Journal Editorial Board and the Editorial Board of the Construction Law Journal, published by the South Texas Law School/State Bar of Texas.
