Caroline Cho joins as an of counsel in the real estate practice in Houston. Jake Burton joins as an associate in the public finance practice in the Dallas office.
Cho represents clients on a wide-range of real estate matters, including disposition, acquisition, and development of commercial and residential properties and commercial leasing.
Burton represents clients before various governmental entities, including the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, cities, counties, and various regional service providers. His practice is focused on local government and public finance law, including the creation and administration of special purpose districts throughout Texas, particularly in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
