Coats Rose, P.C., a transactional and litigation law firm focused on development, is pleased to share the addition of three attorneys in the Houston and Dallas offices.  Expanding the Real Estate and Public Finance practices.

Caroline Cho Real Estate Lawyer HoustonCaroline Cho, Of Counsel

Caroline Cho’s practice is focused on a wide range of real estate matters, disposition, acquisition, and development of commercial and residential properties and commercial leasing.

She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin where she earned her J.D and a B.A., English, with honors.  She received the University of Texas Endowed Presidential Scholarship and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and a National Merit Scholar.  She is a member of the HBA, the Asian American Bar Association of Houston and the Texas Bar Foundation.

She practices in the Real Estate section from the Houston office, now.

Jake Burton Public Finance Lawyer DallasJake Burton, Associate

Jake Burton’s practice involves representing clients before various governmental entities, including the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, cities, counties, and various regional service providers.

He graduated cum laude from Southern Methodist Dedman School of Law and with a B.S., Agricultural and Applied Economics, magna cum laude from Texas Tech University.  He is an author and presenter of “Preventing a Bone-Dry Future: Texas’s Need for a Statewide Groundwater Conservation Authority,” Energy Law Advisor.

He arrived earlier this year to Public Finance practice from the Dallas office.

Kami D’Olive, Associate

Kami D’Olive’s practice involves representation of clients in both commercial and residential real estate transactions.  Kami also has extensive experience working in areas of estate planning, probate, guardianships, and the formation of trusts and corporate entities.

She earned her J.D from South Texas College of Law and a B.S in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.  She is a member of the HBA, the Texas Bar College, the Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law State Bar Section, and the Texas Land Title Association.

She now practices in the Real Estate Section from the Houston office.
