Coats Rose, P.C., a transactional and litigation law firm focused on development, is pleased to share the addition of two new attorneys, one in our Austin office in the Public Finance practice and another in our Dallas office in the Affordable Housing and Community Development practice.
Kevin’s practice is focused on public finance law, special district creation, litigation, legislative affairs, and regulatory compliance. He received his J.D. and a Certificate in Governmental Affairs from the University of Alabama School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Economics and Policy from Michigan State University.
Taylor assists the affordable housing developers and housing authority clients with tax credits and bonding finance transactions. He received his J.D. and degree in Urban Planning from the State University of New York following earning a Bachelor of Accounting from Brigham Young University.
