HOUSTON – June 7, 2023 – Coats Rose attorney Tim Green recently represented the developer in the $4,939,000 City of Mesquite Special Assessment Revenue Bonds, Series 2023 (Heartland Town Center Public Improvement District Phase #2 Project) to reimburse the developer for the infrastructure to serve 240 lots.
