n of the Santorini Public Improvement District (“PID”) to fund certain public infrastructure serving a 592 acre residential development and related multi-family/commercial development in the City of Seagoville. The PID will be utilized to provide public infrastructure to serve approximately 1,950 single family homes. An overlapping tax increment reinvestment zone will be used to incentivize development of the related commercial/multi-family property.
Tim Green specializes in public financing throughout Texas, including particularly the creation of special purpose districts to finance public infrastructure. He has been involved in the development of thousands of acres of land for residential and commercial purposes, and the issuance of over $16 billion of tax-exempt bonds for the financing of public infrastructure.
