Coats Rose Represents Developer In Creation of City of Dayton Public Improvement District and Co-Terminous TIRZ

Houston – January 12, 2024 –  Coats Rose, P.C. Attorney Tim Green recently represented the developer in the creation of the City of Dayton Public Improvement District No. 5 (“PID”) and the over-lapping City of Dayton Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 4 (“TIRZ”) to fund certain public infrastructure serving a 211 acre residential development in the City of Dayton. The PID/TIRZ will be utilized to provide public infrastructure to serve approximately 626 single family homes.
