He assists clients in matters arising under federal and state environmental laws and regulations, and represents clients in federal and state courts and before federal and state administrative agencies, including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the Railroad Commission of Texas, the Public Utility Commission of Texas, and the Texas State Office of Administrative Hearings.
