Attorney, Timothy Green, recently represented the developer in the issuance of $3,008,00 Special Assessment Revenue Bonds, Series 2024 (City of Tomball, Wood Leaf Reserve Public Improvement District, Improvement Area #2) to fund certain public infrastructure serving a residential development in the City of Tomball, Texas. The public improvement district is being utilized to provide water, sewer and drainage facilities and roads to serve approximately 290 single-family homes.
