Green and Krystal Ann Joseph represented Toll Brothers, as developer’s counsel in connection with the issuance of $12,633,000 Savannah Ranch Public Improvement District, Improvement Area #1 Special Assessment Revenue Bonds, Series 2026. The bonds were issued to finance and reimburse costs associated with infrastructure and public improvements serving Clara Vista at Waterridge, an approximately 201-acre master planned residential community located in the City of Kyle, Texas and includes 123 single family home lots and related amenities.
