Brooke is an Associate in the Affordable Housing and Community Development practice group in the firm’s Houston office. She focuses her practice primarily on representing public housing authorities, developers, and nonprofit organizations in the construction and rehabilitation of multifamily affordable housing developments utilizing a variety of financing tools including 4% and 9% low-income housing tax credits, private activity tax-exempt bonds, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans, FHA-insured loans, conventional construction and permanent financing loans, HOME funds, CDBG funds, Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grants, and ad valorem property tax exemptions. Brooke has experience in the areas of commercial real estate acquisition, development, and financing. Prior to joining the firm, Brooke was an associate at a full-service law firm in Houston, Texas.
Brooke graduated cum laude in 2021 from South Texas College of Law Houston, where she was a member of the Corporate Counsel Law Review. Brooke obtained her Masters in Business Administration from Texas A&M University in 2020 with a concentration in finance.
