Chloe is an Associate in the Public Finance practice in the firm’s Austin office. She focuses her practice primarily on water utility, administrative, and environmental law, including the creation and administration of special purpose districts throughout Texas. Her practice involves representing clients in environmental permitting and compliance, utility regulatory, and contested matters before various administrative entities, including: the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the Public Utility Commission of Texas, and the Texas State Office of Administrative Hearings.
Chloe graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2022. While in law school, she served as a senior staff editor for the Texas Environmental Law Journal, a publication of the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. She also served on the executive board of the Thurgood Marshall Legal Society.
