Christopher is an Associate in the Affordable Housing and Community Development practice group in the Dallas office. His practice concentrates on representing public housing authorities, developers, and nonprofit organizations in the construction and rehabilitation of multifamily affordable housing developments across the State of Texas utilizing a variety of financing tools including 4% and 9% low-income housing tax credits, private activity tax-exempt bonds, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans, FHA-insured loans, conventional construction and permanent financing loans, TDHCA and local government grants and loans, and ad valorem property tax exemptions. His experience includes working with in-house legal teams, government agencies, and private companies on matters involving contracts, compliance, and corporate governance.
