Greg joined Coats Rose in December 2001, after twelve years of litigation practice with Woodard, Hall & Primm in Houston. His brings valued, efficient and effective legal representation to his clients, which have included state banks, technology companies, large equipment financing companies, contractors, engineering firms and individuals.
Practice Emphasis
Greg’s litigation practice focuses on business commercial, residential and commercial construction municipal utility districts, eminent domain, toxic tort, environmental, and collection cases in the state and federal courts of Texas. He has been involved in obtaining and defending against special remedies for clients, such as garnishments, sequestrations, temporary restraining orders and injunctions.
