Heather is an Associate in the Real Estate practice in the firm’s Houston office. Her practice focuses primarily on commercial and residential real estate transactions, including the disposition, acquisition, and development of commercial and residential properties and commercial leasing.
Prior to joining Coats Rose, Heather was an associate at an international law firm where she advised public, private and emerging companies on corporate mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters.
