Henry is an Associate in the Public Finance practice in the Firm’s Houston office. He focuses his practice primarily on Public Finance and Real Estate law, including the creation and administration of special purpose districts throughout Texas, particularly in the Houston area.
Prior to joining Coats Rose, Henry advised public, private and emerging companies on corporate mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters. He also represented clients in all phases of creditor-side Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and commercial litigation.
