Hicham is an Associate in the Public Finance practice group in the Firm’s Houston office. He represents clients in real estate development, municipal utilities and other special purpose districts, and land use. He focuses his practice primarily on public finance and real estate law, including the creation and administration of special purpose districts throughout Texas, particularly in the greater Houston area. In addition, Hicham has experience handling estate administration, contract disputes, business succession planning, and corporate tax.
