Jake is an Associate in the Public Finance practice in the firm’s Dallas office. He focuses his practice primarily on Public Finance and Real Estate law, including the creation and administration of special purpose districts throughout Texas, particularly in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Prior to coming to Coats Rose, Jake worked on a range of public finance matters in financing transactions for cities, counties, universities, special districts, transportation entities, and school districts throughout Texas.
While in law school, Jake served as articles editor for the SMU Sciences and Technology Law Review. In addition, he served as social director at the Board of Advocates and was a mentor at the Student Bar Association.
