Laura is an Associate in the Affordable Housing and Community Development and Real Estate sections of Coats Rose. Her primary areas of practice are real estate finance, corporate transactions and tax credit finance transactions, with a particular focus on new market tax credits and historic rehabilitation tax credits. She represents an array of investors and developers nationwide in a wide variety of projects, including hotels, apartment complexes, office buildings, residential condominiums and retail commercial space. She also has experience in general commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, financing, and disposition of owned and leased properties.
Outside of the office, Laura is a published artist, having submitted an entry with Early Light Press, entitled “The Hero in My Pocket”. She is also a member of the Junior League of New Orleans and an active participant in the Krewe of Carrollton carnival club.
