Marshall is an Associate in the Public Finance practice in the firm’s Dallas office. She focuses her practice primarily on Public Finance and Real Estate law, including the creation and administration of special purpose districts throughout Texas, particularly in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Prior to joining Coats Rose, Marshall worked as a trial lawyer at a mid-sized, full-service firm in Dallas, Texas handling a variety of litigation matters primarily focused on commercial and tort litigation. During her time as a trial lawyer, Marshall gained trial experience in both Federal and County courts in Texas. Her trial and advocacy provide a broader understanding of our client’s interests.
Marshall graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2023. While in school she served in numerous leadership positions and held membership within several legal organizations on campus, including Articles Editor of the Energy Law Journal and Editor of the Oklahoma Family Law Section Practice Manual.
