Mindy is a Director in the Public Finance and Real Estate sections. The majority of Mindy’s practice involves the representation of real estate developers who engage in both commercial and residential development. Her experience includes the creation and administration of special purpose districts located throughout Texas. She represents clients before various governmental entities, including: The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, The Texas Legislature, cities, counties, and various regional service providers. Mindy currently serves on Place 5 of the Celina City Council and is the Vice President of the Celina Economic Development Corporation. She is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Builder’s Association.
Mindy graduated Cum Laude from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Business Administration and earned her J.D. from the University of Dayton. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2006.
