Mindy is a Director in the Public Finance and Real Estate sections in Dallas. She represents real estate developers engaged in both commercial and residential development in the creation and administration of special purpose districts, including: municipal utility districts, municipal management districts, tax increment financing zones, and public improvement districts, located throughout Texas. Mindy represents clients before various governmental entities, including: the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), the Texas Legislature, cities, counties, and various regional service providers. She represents over 350 special purpose districts across the state of Texas.
Mindy is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Builder’s Association.
