Molly L. Stanga is an Associate in the Affordable Housing and Community Development practice group located in the New Orleans office. She is a Tax Law Specialist, certified by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization. Molly joined Coats Rose in 2015 after practicing with a tax boutique law firm. She has experience in a variety of tax-related areas including: business planning and transactions, offshore voluntary disclosures and foreign asset reporting compliance, and resolving federal and state tax controversies. Molly was named to the 2015 Louisiana Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in the area of tax law.
Molly earned her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and her J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law with a Certificate in Taxation. While in law school, she earned the Law Excellence Award in Taxation of Partnerships and participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program.
