Nancy focuses on commercial and surety related litigation, and brings more than 25 years of experience to her practice. She represents sureties in connection with a variety of bonds, from construction bonds, to probate, notary, appeal and MVD bonds. She also represents landlords and real estate clients, as well as creditors, in bankruptcy matters. Nancy has also represented clients before numerous administrative agencies, including the United States Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and various state agencies.
Nancy specializes in all aspects of litigation, including trials and appeals, with a focus on suretyship, employment matters, and other business litigation.
Her surety practice includes representation of construction bond sureties, as well as sureties which issue probate, appeal, and other bonds.
Nancy’s employment practice includes handling employment-related litigation, including wrongful discharge, discrimination, sexual harassment, and Fair Labor Standards Act issues.
