Nicholas is an Associate in the Public Finance practice in the Firm’s Houston office. He represents clients in real estate development, municipal utilities and other special purpose districts, and land use. He focuses his practice primarily on Public Finance and Real Estate law, including the creation and administration of special purpose districts throughout Texas, particularly in the Houston area. Prior to joining as an Associate, Nicholas interned as a law clerk with the Firm.
