Nicholas is an associate attorney in the Real Estate Law Section in the Houston office. His work is concentrated primarily in the area of real estate and oil and gas transactional law involving acquisition, financing and development, primarily of real property. Nicholas has negotiated and drafted contracts of purchase and sale, financing, conveyance and curative documents. He has performed title and survey reviews as well as other due dilligence.
He graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 2007 with a Bachelor of the Arts. Prior to attending South Texas College of Law, Nicholas work as a landman in the oil and gas industry performing title and title curative work in counties throughout Texas and Arkansas. While attending South Texas College of Law, Nicholas clerked at Cokinos, Bosien & Young (a mid-sized construction litigation and transactional law firm), and interned for the Honorable Martha Hill Jameson of the 14th Court of Appeals in Houston.
