Paige is a Director in the Affordable Housing and Community Development practice group, located in the Dallas office. Her practice focus is assisting public and private sector clients in the development of affordable and workforce housing. Paige has experience working with public/private partnerships utilizing a variety of affordable housing formats, including senior and multifamily developments, 4% and 9% low-income housing tax credit developments, and housing finance corporation and public facility corporation transactions. Paige also assists housing authority clients with repositioning strategies, including Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD Program), Section 18, and Section 22 conversions as well as other regulatory and local government law issues.
Prior to joining Coats Rose, Paige was an Assistant City Attorney with the City of Fort Worth, where she advised the Neighborhood Services Department, Community Development Council, and the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation on affordable housing and the Fair Housing Act. Throughout her tenure at the City, Paige worked on policies and projects utilizing the City’s HUD grants, including HOME, CDBG, ESG, HOPWA, and UDAG funds.
