Paige is an Associate in the Affordable Housing and Community Development practice group, located in the Dallas office. Her practice focus is assisting clients in the development of affordable housing.
Prior to joining Coats Rose, Paige was an Assistant City Attorney with the City of Fort Worth, where she served as a member of the Real Estate and General Services sections. Paige advised the City of Fort Worth’s Neighborhood Services Department, Community Development Council, and the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation on a variety of topics, including issues related to affordable housing and the Fair Housing Act. Throughout her tenure at the City, Paige worked on various programs, policies, and developments involving the City’s HUD grants, including HOME, CDBG, ESG, HOPWA, and UDAG funds. Paige has experience working with public/private partnerships utilizing a variety of affordable housing formats, including senior and multifamily developments, 4% and 9% low income housing tax credit developments, and single-family infill housing.
