Sam Johnson is a Director in the Public Finance section in the firm’s Houston office. Sam works with special-purpose districts, such as municipal utility districts, water control and improvement districts, fresh water supply districts, levee improvement districts, road utility districts, public improvement districts, water supply corporations and tax-increment reinvestment zones. He represents clients before administrative agencies such as the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and the Texas Water Development Board.
Sam received his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2013. Sam received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 2006.
